The in-app Rules & Help center explains movement tickets, prediction evidence, void results, points, privacy controls, sessions, and account deletion. For an issue the guide does not resolve, email support@tavyq.com.

Tavyq support will never ask for
A password or one-time sign-in code
A wallet key or recovery phrase
Remote access to your phone or computer
A payment to release tickets, points, or an account
Raw Health records or screenshots containing sensitive information

Official support channel
support@tavyq.com is the only public Tavyq support mailbox. Its domain is protected with MX, SPF, DKIM, and monitoring-mode DMARC records. A documented response and escalation process remains required before public beta.

Security reports
A dedicated security-reporting route and disclosure policy will be published before production. Do not test vulnerabilities against the live service without written authorization.
