Permanently delete a Tavyq account

What the deletion flow removes and how it protects the account owner.

Safe by design
No deposits, trades, advertising profiles, or public health data.
In-app deletion works in the staging product. If you no longer have the app, contact support@tavyq.com to begin a guarded deletion request.

Delete inside the app

Open Profile
Choose Privacy & data
Choose Delete account
Type DELETE exactly
Request and enter the fresh email verification code
Confirm permanent deletion

Removed immediately

Account identity and profile
Active sessions and push tokens
Step samples, daily totals, and Health connection records
Predictions, tickets, points, badges, leagues, and referrals
Notification settings and inbox records

What can remain

Identity-free deletion evidence and anonymous market or blockchain proof records can remain. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups expire under the published backup schedule and are not used to silently restore a deleted account.

No longer have the app?

Email support@tavyq.com from the address associated with the Tavyq account. Support will explain the minimum identity check needed to protect the account from unauthorized deletion. Never include a password or one-time sign-in code.
